Geographic Scope
This newsletter service is intended solely for individuals located within the state of Idaho. We do not intentionally collect information from individuals outside of Idaho. As such, all data is governed by Idaho privacy laws.
How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used exclusively for delivering newsletter content. IP address is used only to identify and prevent spam subscriptions from malicious actors. Newsletter lists are used to deliver additional news relevant to the list’s municipality. We do not use newsletter lists as a tracking mechanism. A user may additionally sign up for any/all lists regardless of their location or the list’s relevance to them.
Information Sharing
Obviously, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data remains private.
Email Unsubscribe
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you click it:
- You are immediately removed from our mailing lists.
- Your information will be deleted when the next purge job occurs, usually triggered within 1-3 days.
Data Retention
- While subscribed: Your information is retained only until you unsubscribe.
- Upon shutdown: If this website/service shuts down, all subscriber data will be permanently deleted.
